With over twenty years of practice in many different Yoga styles and nine years of teaching exposure, strong anatomical knowledge, accurate alignment skills, a background in western psychology and eastern philosophy, you will find yourself in the hands of a professional Yoga guide whom is able to adjust the practice to suit your specific needs.

The Yoga styles we offer include Iyengar inspired Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Restorative Yoga or a mix of these to design the perfect Yoga class for you.

We travel to you and offer Yoga in the privacy of your home, hotel or office anywhere in Cape Town, or we can arrange exclusive studio space upon your request. We provide Yoga mats and props.

Our vision is to support you on your journey towards health, happiness and the authentic evolution of your life potential, through practical Yoga techniques that will awaken your energy from the roots of your feet up to higher consciousness.
